What gets deleted
Deleting an organization can’t be undone. Everything in it is permanently deleted, and our team can’t recover it:- Forms and their submissions, including files respondents uploaded
- Apps, databases, workflows and workspaces
- Integrations and connected accounts, API keys and custom domains
- Every member’s account in that organization, including yours
Before you start
- Only admins can delete an organization.
- Paid plans have to be downgraded first. On a paid plan, including a trial or a plan that’s set to cancel, Delete organization is greyed out and shows Downgrade your plan before deleting your organization. Downgrade your plan, then come back once the change has taken effect.
- You can only delete the organization you’re in. If you have more than one, switch to the one you want to delete first.
- Clear out the organization first. Delete its forms, apps and databases, empty the Trash, and remove the other members, as in the steps below. If you still can’t delete it, contact our support team and we’ll help.
