Set up 2FA

Open settings

On the upper left corner of your Fillout dashboard, click your Account name followed by Settings.Screenshot 2025-09-23 at 2.36.57 PM.png
This feature is available on all plans including the Free tier.

Go to account settings

Verify with an authenticator app

Scan the QR code in the popup, and input the 6-digit code generated by your authentication app or password manager. Then, click Enable.image.pngThat’s it! 2FA is now enabled. You’ll be asked for a 6-digit code from your authentication app or password manager when logging in on a new device or browser.

Require 2FA for all org members

In Security settings, toggle the Enforce two-factor authentication in this organization switch. Screenshot 2025-12-11 at 5.33.24 PM.png
