A snapshot of your form responses

Head to the Results tab once you’ve started collecting submissions. Click Summary to see an overview of all the answers.

Answers are sorted by recency, with the most recent answers at the top. Filter responses based on answers or Date range.
**Note: **The summary is only generated from the latest 5,000 responses. Older submissions are excluded.
If an answer catches your interest and you want to see the respondent’s full submission, click ⋮ or the three vertical dots followed by View response.

Aside from their answers to other questions, you’ll see submission details like what type of browser they used and when they submitted your form. You can also delete unnecessary submissions from here.

Visualize your data

Fillout helps you spot trends across your survey results. Questions with repeated responses are summarized with a bar chart. Change the view by toggling the Pie chart switch.

Simply click the print icon on top of the first question to get a hard copy of the summary.

Partial submissions

Automatically save respondents’ progress so they can resume later.

View Responses

View all submissions to your form. Use filtering and sorting or export to CSV.

Delete submissions

Remove test submissions, duplicate answers, and unnecessary entries.
