How to pre-fill dates in your form

Click your date field followed by its settings icon to open the right-hand panel. Under Default value, click the plus icon to add a reference. Screenshot 2025-10-10 at 2.57.34 PM.png Click the calendar icon followed by your chosen option. Respondents will now see the current date automatically, based on when they fill out the form. The options are Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, One month from now, N days from now, N days ago and Submission time. You can use the same dates anywhere you can type @, like in text, logic or calculations.
Respondents will still be able to change the date even if you have set a default value.
