Choose blank database

Add and edit fields

Click + Add field beside the rightmost column and use 20+ field types including text, numbers, dates, files, linked records, and more.Screenshot 2025-11-21 at 4.48.47 PM.pngAdd tablesOptionally add multiple tables to organize your data. Build forms and apps

Connect your database to Fillout Forms or Zite Apps through the top menu. Your data syncs automatically.

Share (Optional)

Click Share in the top right to collaborate with your team. Inviting users is free!
Attachment files from deleted records may remain accessible via their direct link for up to 2 days before being permanently removed.

Use existing data

You can use data from tools you already use as a starting point. Simply import from a CSV, Google Sheets, or Airtable. Check out this guide.
