How to embed on a website
Open your Google Form and click the vertical ellipsis ⋮ on the upper right corner, then choose <> Embed HTML.
Adjust the width and height as you see fit. Then, Copythe iframe code and paste this to your website’s HTML.
How to embed in an email
After publishing your form click the share icon.
In the pop-up, enter the email addresses of people you’d like to send the form to. Make sure Notify people is ✓ ticked.
The form will now be automatically embedded in the emails.
